The Western New York Association of Plumbing & Mechancial Contractors, Inc, (PMCA) is a local professional trade organization established on May 27, 1999 as a result of a consolidation of four area contractor associations: the Plumbing Contractors Association (PCA), the Mechanical Contractors Association of Buffalo (MCA), the Southern Tier Association and the Niagara Frontier PHCC. Prior to the merger, these local contractor associations existed as seperate plumbing and mechanical organizations for more than 125 years.
